This update is not obligatory in order to run Service Accent, but is highly recommended. If you do not install this Service Pack, some new functionality will not be present in Service Accent and you may not be able to run reports in Service Accent, in which case you may be asked to install it by your support provider.

• Supported operating systems:Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003
• Windows 95 and Windows 98 are not supported
• If you run Windows NT 4.0 you must install Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 6 and Internet Explorer 6
• You must have Service Accent installed on your PC to install this service pack
• Local power user or administrator rights

• This service pack will not install under Windows 95 or 98
• This will not install Crystal Reports - if you need to write and edit your own reports, you must purchase and install Crystal Reports yourself
• This service pack supersedes Service Pack 2 (SP2) because some of the Crystal Reports components have been updated since the original release of Service Pack 2. You can safely install this Service Pack over the top of SP2.

1. Click Get file and when prompted, click Save to save this file to your computer or a shared location (eg \AccentDB\Updates)
2. Double-click MSA-SP2B.exe to launch the install process
